    Kira's first power

Post  Kira Yagami on Mon Mar 07, 2011 6:01 pm

    Name of Power:Fire manipulation

What it does: Allows the user to bend fire to their will. It can be used for anything from starting a small fire, to forming it into life like weapons such as swords or guns, but they can only have on ranged and one sword or club.

Weaknesses:it is a lot weaker against water and in rain, but if by some chance the hydrogen splits from the oxygen boom! Fire can not be used at all, if there is no air.

    Levels:
One: can not be burned by heat and fire manipulation
Two:form two weapons (one ranged one sword/club)
Three:turn body parts into fire for 60 second sessions (three parts a one time max)
