Fighting through the night [open]

Kira stands in the back grounds of the school wearing his Krav Maga uniform. In actuality it is not a uniform, all it is, is a pair of athletic shorts and a shirt that says "so that I may walk in peace" in both English and Hebrew. Kira smiles as he begins to jog around the perimeter. He is planing to do 5 laps before the clock hits midnight in order to wear him self out. Then he will train the attack and self defense techniques.

With a smile as he reaches his final lap and notices that he has 2 minutes to do one last lap. Kira sprints out, fighting the lactic acid and lack of breath, making it to the finish line he smiles and walks towards the center of the field.

Nigel was taking a walk on the grounds when he heard something from the track and field. "Curious. Who could it be this late at night?" Nigel walked over to the track and saw the Kira was exercising and took a seat high in the stands. He kept absolutely still so as not to draw attention to himself. Now that his brain had something to focus on he could think through the issues he was facing.

Kira smiles as he sees Nigel out of the corner of his eye taking a seat. He does not notice it is him though and thinks it is just a fellow insomniac student. Kira kicks the air with a snapping round kick and follows it with a spinning back kick. Kira then steps forward and elbows at the air, and finally he does a side hammer fist and cutting elbow combination.

As he finishes a boy with a rubber knife walks up to Kira and stabs downward at his face but Kira creates a 95 degree angel with his arm and connects with the boys wrist using his forearm. Kira slides his arm and puts his under the kids arm, forcing it up, while his other one was on the shoulder of that arm. Kira knees the boy fast but softly; making contact with the heart and then disarms and disengages with the boy by pushing his head under his raised arm and watches him fall to the ground. Kira smiles hands him money and watches him leave.

Nigel continued to sit there while thinking and barely noticed the scuffle that had occurred on the field below. It was a brilliant display of self defense and this caught Nigel's brain. Perhaps I should let him in on our little secret. After all, you have your champion now.

Nigel looked down at Kira with a worried expression on his face. he sighed before letting his head fall into his chest. Should I drag you into all this?

Kira continues to train, how ever he is now doing kick boxings sets. He throws a jab, cross, right round kick. He then throws a jab, cross and then bobs and weave with the follow up of a jab, cross hook, right round kick. As he enters the last combo of the set he smiles and quickly deflects, does a rising protection elbow, following with a jab, cross, spinning back kick.


Kira feels the sweat on his face and walks to his bag to grab a drink. As he dosage watches a rabbit hop away and then run behind the bleachers

Nigel looks at the boy, now drinking from a water bottle. He stares at him for a moment before rising to his feet. He side steps to the stairs and carefully makes his way towards Kira. Once he's standing in front of him he says, "How much do you know?"

Kira looks at the head master and says "Well Nigel, I know many things, everything from Einstiens theory of how gravity works, to the dynamics of the Krav Maga burst. Yet at the same time, I know nothing". Kira really hates useing philosophy crap like that on most people but figured the annoyance know as the Head Master might enjoy.

Kira finishes his bottle of water and tosses it back into the pouch and asks "what do you want?".

"I want to know if you're ready to be dragged into my world." Nigel took in what he said and smiled. He was starting to grow on the abnormal Director.

"well I'm already a murderer" Kira says, knowing that Nigel has photos of him killing his dad. It was like he had stalked him all of his life "My world can't get any darker. Judgeing by your reaction relating to the men in black, I probably should step into your world". Kira remembers the surprise in Nigel's reaction and thinks that this has ti do with some secret and if he joins he can protect his friends.

"True. Though, you only killed your father. Ever wonder why it seems like I didn't exist before this school? It's because I buried my past. I deleted, shredded and burned every record of my existence and then I killed everyone I'd ever met or knew me. Anyone who might be able to recognized me." Nigel sighed. "I know you like to protect people and, if you come over, it's not protection they'll need. It's guidance and leadership." Nigel looked up and starred at the school.

"well we all got out our dues to pay" Kira says surprising anything he felt about Nigel's evidence, after all bravery is not the absence of fear, but action in the face of fear "well my Sensei taught me that leadership and guidance are the best forms of protection". Kira sighs and says "let's cut the bull shit and tell me what you want from me and how you want it done".

Kira had the feeling it was not that simple, but it was worth a shot, seeing as things seemed like they were going to get dangerous, he wanted to know the mission and what ever risks existed.

"You had a very wise sensei." Nigel looked back down at Kira. "Let's go to my office." Any doubt Nigel had about this was lost now. Kira was a very good candidate for this.

Kira laughs and says "it is the same man who enlisted in the Navy SEALS so he wouldn't die". While this made perfect sense to Kira, it also seemed kind of stupid with out thinking of all the training and how they were put through hell before they can even get their trident. Kira sighs and says "you lead the way Nigel" and falls in half a step behind the head master.
