Deviations During Detention

Rexel couldn't help the sinister smile that spread across her normally adorable face as thought about her plan. She felt a little guilty for having lied to her sibling but figured that her ultimate revenge would be worth it. She had seen how Rina reacted to the boy they meet at the track and she knew it was then that she would get back at her sibling for what she had said that night they had first come to the school.

"'Have the hots for the director', hmph!" Rexel suddenly remembered the feel of the director's hand when he handed her the cookie and blushed darkly from her hairline to her collar bone.

She shook her head then whipped out her phone and sent the first message of the evening.

Nigel was wandering the halls as he liked to do when he heard something from around the corner. Ah, there she is. He thought to himself. He then quietly walked up behind her and whispered into her ear, "I don't remember you getting detention." he said and smiled at her.

A shiver ran down her back as she felt a familiar voice come from behind her, and she slowly turned towards the school's director.

"Oh, um, Hi, Mr. Uno... um.... Nice weather were having huh?" She stated as she continued to shiver.

'he's so close' she thought to herself with a blush, 'and he smells good...'

And she suddenly wanted to slap herself for thinking that.

Nigel stood up straight and smiled at her. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He giggled a little to himself, "It is indeed good weather. Weren't you supposed to meet someone at the mall today?" Nigel gave her a knowing smiling.

'OMG IS HE PSYCHIC?!' Rexel momentarily thought but then rebutted it to save her a serious headache.

"Uh, well I just thought Rina would enjoy a nice night out by herself," She said with a sweet smile, still slightly shaking, "How did you know about that lovely little get-together?"

Rexel turned to face the director and took note of how tall he was compared to her. Again she shivered at his proximity, but quickly found his scent to be soothing.

'oh god, nooooooo.....' she thought, suddenly realizing what her reaction meant.

"Ms. Knightly, you will find there is nothing I don't know about that goes on here at this school." Nigel noticed the way she was acting and the color in her cheeks was very telling as well. "Is something bothering you?" He smiled at her. He found it rather difficult not to smile around her.

"Ah, Bothering me? No, no... not at all Sir..." Rexel covered quickly, suddenly conscientious of herself and she began to shift her weight back and forth between her legs unaware of the very distressed aura she was giving off with her body language.

"I'm sorry. Do I make you uncomfortable?" Her infatuation with him was becoming more obvious with each passing moment. "Perhaps I should go."

"Ah, no no it's alright, it's not you." Rexel suddenly wanted to disappear. She knew she was making a total fool of herself and just couldn't keep herself from continuing the distasteful trend.

"Um, If you'll excuse me Director, I think I'm going to go to my dorm room." She backed away before giving him a short and quick bow, "Good day Director."

And she briskly disappeared down the long hallway leading to the dormitories.

"Alright then. Good day to you as well." He said, returning the bow. He looked up and watched her walk down the hall. It was strange but, he couldn't help but feel sad about her leaving. He stood upright again when she moved out of his view and continued his stroll through the halls. He wouldn't be due in his office for a while longer.
